Director of Programs

Employee Status: Full-Time, In-person

Compensation range: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

The Director of Programs advances Habitat for Humanity’s mission by planning, delivering, and continually improving the Homeownership, Home Preservation, and Community Land Trust programs. The role coordinates with Construction and Advancement teams, partners closely with a certified Qualified Loan Originator (QLO) and a Social Worker, safeguards data, monitors budgets and timelines, and ensures compliance with federal, state and Habitat for Humanity regulations.

The Director of Programs does not originate loans, provide financial counseling, or perform clinical/social work, case management, or in-home clinical visits. These specialized functions are performed by a qualified loan originator (QLO) or social worker. The Director of Programs orchestrates handoffs, schedules, and information flow among these roles and the broader team.

Donations
Ambassador

Donations Ambassador

Time Commitment: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, including Saturdays

Pay: $14 per hour

Job Summary: The ReStore Donation Ambassador works with teammates to drive the ReStore donation truck to meet the donors, safely load and secure donations, carefully transport donations to the ReStore, and then safely unload donations into the warehouse receiving area.

Time Commitment: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, including Saturdays 

Pay: $14 per hour 

Job Summary: The ReStore Donation Processor tests all donations that come in and ensures that they are in working order. May also assist the ReStore manager in pricing items and unloading donations. The Donation Processor also helps customers in store and on the phone.
